My Plan

It is always important to go into every project with a plan. (I guess my time at the boring consulting firm taught me SOMETHING!) 

I have a very specific plan in mind:

-Track all of my calories (I love Calorie Count!) maxing out at 1200 calories a day.
- Work out at minimum 4 days a week, spending at least 45 min on the elliptical to burn those calories!
-Take a new approach to food, "eating to live" not "living to eat"
