Exercise- 35 minutes on the elliptical
I have a tendency to get bored out of my mind at the gym, but my 24 hour has your oen personal tv, which helps the time go by a bit faster, would have stayed on longer, but I was not sure how long it owuld take me to shower and get dressed for work!
Food
Breakfast- Life Cereal with Chocolate Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
I am OBSESSED with the Almond Breeze. It has about half the cals of non fat milk, and it comes in CHOCOLATE. Awesome.
Lunch- Leftover Chicken and rice casserole and a cup of blackberries
I added up the calories in the recipe and divided it by the 4 servings, it comes out to about 500 calories, but it is a good and filling lunch. I eat the blackberries frozen (100 calories), they are so good and taste like a dessert.
Dinner- Spinach Salad with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing and Croutons, Baby Carrots with Spinach Dip
I didn't have my computer, so I just remembered my grand total calories count. About 300 calories for all of it! I like spinach but can't eat a salad without real dressing and croutons, so I just load up on the spinach, only use 1 Tbs of dressing (80 calories) and watch it with the croutons (another 85 or so Calories). The spinach dip is the kind from Safeway. It has pretty good stats, about 80 calories for 1 ounce, and with baby carrots is really good!
Grand Total for the day: 1050 Calories, not nearly enough calories, but I am expecting some margies and chips for cinco de mayo tomorrow to balance it out!
Day 1 complete!
On to Day 2!

Hi Brandyn!
Wonderful, we can help each other along!
The Chicken and Rice Casserole I make is the super easy recipe from www.campbellkitchen.com
It isn't suuuper healthy, but it doesn't have that bad of stats either! Especially if you use low fat cheese!
